NEXXT 3.2 released - 'pattern paint', CHR Editor improvements, and more

This version, above all, makes it easier to work with the CHR Editor. You can freely resize it (up to 4x4 tiles, at least), and the "skip to tile" behaviour of the corners is greatly improved.

Another significant feature is the 'pattern paint' mode, which lets you draw a pattern of colours rather than a single colour.
This is currently represented in the "palettes" groupbox as a Gradient strip, This gradient was not chosen at random - in the textile world, this is known as a 3-step sateen. NESdev user ToffiRola discovered that it happens to be luckily coinsiding with how the NES generates its NTSC signal. Using this pattern for dithered gradients eliminates the "shimmer" issue that bayer matrix gradients unfortunately have on the NES. It's also good att distributing rgb sub-elements benignly, which avoids RGB rainbowing effects over high-contrast patterns.

There are several good spoonfuls of other minor additions, improvements, and bugfixes, too.

Last but not least, i've removed the "$0 or donate" feature on this itch page. Downloading NEXXT is now plainly free without extra steps

Instead, starting NEXXT for the first time on a fresh installation will show a newsletter that lists the most important recent and coming milestones. On it, there are also donation buttons that are designed to feel more voluntary than what itch.io's donation option does. This felt more honest and personal to me. I hope you agree.

The newsletter/welcome screen is pre-set to show just once, so it doesn't get in the way. But if you want to be reminded some other time again, you can opt-in to show it again.
