NEXXT 3.6.2: same-day hotfix

I did it again - found a bug just after uploading. My apologies!

3.6.2 fixes a small source of confusion compared to 3.6.1:
-The dialogue that now appears when exporting tilesets as images works for both 'normal' images and 'nesmaker style' images, but the caption implied it was for nesmaker style images only. This is now changed depending on which action you chose. 
-The same dialogue also defaults to a full tileset if you're exporting a 'normal' one. 
-Lastly, the dialogue is now centered to the main editor, rather than top left corner of the screen.
